How to prepare your items
- Fold and pack your items into boxes or totes. Mark your name and consigner number clearly on your box or tote. Totes will be returned. No garbage bags please.
- 40 items or less can be dropped of at the store anytime. Limited to one drop off each week.
- Unless notified otherwise at the time the items are dropped off, Sweetpeas will sort, ticket and prepare your items for placement on our sales floor within 14 days. Your items will be placed on our sales floor when space permits.
- Items not accepted will be placed back into your box our tote and you will be contacted by telephone or email to make arrangements for you to pickup these items. Items not picked up will be donated. Optionally, you can request that Sweetpeas automatically donate these items. Please let us know when you drop the items off.
- If your item requires batteries, please provide them. Items missing batteries will be returned or incur an item charge of $1.00 or $2.00 charge depending on the battery requirements.
Reasons items are returned
- We already have too many of a particular item available.
- Item has proven not to be a good seller.
- Item is out of season.
- Item is not freshly laundered.
- Item has tears, stains, missing buttons/fasteners or signs of wear.
