Bronze Level Consigners

• Receive 50% of the selling price of items.
• Once the total sales on items consigned reaches $400.00, they will advance to the silver level.

Silver Level Consigners

• Receive 55% of the selling price of items.
• Once the total sales on items consigned reaches $800.00, they will advance to the gold level.

Gold Level Consigners

• Receive 60% of the selling price of items.

At all levels, if the selling price of your item is $75.00 or more, you will receive 60% when it sells.

Terms

• Sweetpeas assumes no liability for the loss or destruction of any item held.
• Imperfect items in need of repair or cleaning will be returned to the consigner or donated to charity.
• The consignment term is 90 days. This term is renewable once on the mutual agreement of the consigner and Sweetpeas.
• Items not sold at the end of the consignment term must be picked up by the consigner within 10 business days. Sweetpeas will contact the consigner on the first business day following the termination this agreement and again on the fifth day. Items not picked up after the tenth day will of become the property of Sweetpeas and will be discarded or donated  to charity at the sole discretion of Sweetpeas.
• All items may be subject to a price reduction at the sole discretion of Sweetpeas.
• All  payments owed to consigners can be picked up at the store on any business day, during regular business hours. If the amount owing exceeds $50.00, one day prior notice is required. This requirement may be waived at the sole discretion of Sweetpeas.
• Any payment owed to consigners that is not picked up within 6 months of the end of consignment term will be forfeit by the consigner. Sweetpeas will make every reasonable effort to notify the consigner that they have a payment waiting for pick up.
• All transactions and dispute resolutions will take place in Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada.
